By accessing or using Viibe (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Viibe is a web-based, collaborative music creation platform that allows users to create, edit, and share musical sequences, participate in live sessions, chat with others, and design visual cover artwork.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Viibe, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
4. User Accounts
To access core features, you must log in using a Google account. You are responsible for all activity associated with your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create on Viibe, including musical sequences, chat messages, and artwork (“User Content”).
By using the Service, you grant Viibe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and operate your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal or harmful activities
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service
- Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or security issues
7. Collaboration & Social Features
Viibe includes collaborative and social features. Content you create in shared sessions, public profiles, or chat may be visible to other users depending on your settings.
You are responsible for what you share and how you interact with others.
8. Intellectual Property
Viibe and its platform, including design, code, and branding, are owned by Viibe.
Built-in audio samples provided within the Service are licensed under CC0 (public domain), meaning they can be freely used without restriction.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
